Well, the year is winding down and things are coming to an end.  One of the projects the kids have been working on is the get themselves on the Multiplication Wall of Fame.  It is outside my classroom for everyone to see.  Since memorizing their tables up to 12 is so big in 3rd grade, we have been working on it for quite awhile.  Every time they get an A in a specific table, they get to "sign" the wall.  Once they have signed their name 12 times, they get a special ice cream treat.  Well worth it, they think!!~  Here is a picture of the wall.





These are pictures of their "Wanted ~ Good Citizens" posters.  The students worked on these in class, in groups.  Since we were studying government and citizens, we decided that we would make posters of citizens that we would want to be part of our community.  I wish you could see closer because some of these are funny!!
